Avaya 2410 set, while on one call a second call comes in and rings, will not tranfer to Modular Messaging after 4 rings, this is on outside calls coming in.

Have a DN 5202 in El Paso Texas, customer wants DN to forward to operator (0) if call goes unanswered, FDN set to 0, Hunt set to 000. DN does not have a mail box.
