Forward calls to operator when not answered

Have a DN 5202 in El Paso Texas, customer wants DN to forward to operator (0) if call goes unanswered, FDN set to 0, Hunt set to 000. DN does not have a mail box.

This is the tnb for 5202, thanks Ace. Calls to 5202 ring four times, then hear stutter and rings, but no answer. Needs to go to the operator (0)

Try LHK 1 or you may need to change the MCR key to SCR and another New DN for the 2nd MCR.

It's probally ringing on 5201

why do you have the phone going to 5251. you show key 3 CFW 5251. that tells me that all calls going to 5202 will call forward to 5251. guys am i correct in this assumption?

that cls send did's to the att by default and is seldom used..

hunt 000 does not forward to the att on busy.. but if your only needing ring no answer.. cls fba..


usually lhk will not hunt past a feature key.. so if 5202 is ringing and i can it. i would expect a busy signal..

Changed the key 00 to scr 5202 and key 01 to scr 6202, LHK to 1. Still rings with no XFR to operator.

Are you hearing the phone actually ring, or just hearing ringing through the phone you are calling it from? How many rings are associated with RCO 0?
Also, can you enter another extension instead of 0 and will it work? Depending on the way 0 is set up, this may be an "illegal" hunt pattern. to get around this, do you have a regular DN that associates with the operator console?
