    Training sites

Where can i go to get training on the HiPath Open Scape systems? Should I be looking for HiPath training or Open Scape or both, are they the same thing? I'm new to this PBX, not telecom, so I need a little help in getting started on the training and where to go.

STATION IGNORES NUMBER OF RINGS OF A COVERAGE PATH

Check the coverage criteria within the coverage path. The All calls setting might be set to Y instead of N. (Or one of the other settings.)

    Avaya G450 S8300D

I found documentation on connecting a system printer to different types of gateways, but not the G450. Does anyone know if I can connect a system printer via TCP/IP to an Avaya G450 S8300D system? I was told no by the vendor, but that doesn't sound right.
