STATION IGNORES NUMBER OF RINGS OF A COVERAGE PATH

HI I HAVE THIS ISSUE.

I HAVE A COVERAGE PATH ON STATION 7000 WITH JUST POINT ONE TO COVER AFTER 3 RINGS. THE PROBLEM IS: IF I CALL STATION 7000 IT DOESNT RING, JUST GOES TO THE POINT INDICATED IN THE COVERAGE PATH AS IF STATION 7000 WAS FORWARDED TO IT.

ANY IDEA?

Check the Option Redirect Notification? on page 2 from the station form
 
status the station, it may have send all calls activated or call forwarded
 
I CHECKED BOTH OPTIONS BUT BEHAVIOR IS THE SAME.

ONE MORE THING IS THAT IF I LEAVE THE STATION WITHOUT COVERAGE PATH IT RINGS NORMALLY, IF IT WAS FORWARDED IT WOULDNT RING RIGHT?

 
do this, add coverage path next, make it 3 rings to voicemail and assign this coverage path to station and retest. I bet it will now ring the phone 3 rings and then go to voicemail.
 
Check the coverage criteria within the coverage path. The All calls setting might be set to Y instead of N. (Or one of the other settings.)
 
HERE IS THE PROBLEM

IN ANOTHER STATION THERE WAS A SEND-CALLS BUTTON THAT ACTS WITH THE COVERAGE PATH. THIS IS, IF THE STATION HAS A COVERAGE PATH, SEND-CALLS BUTTON FORWARDS DIRECTLY TO THE POINT SPECIFIED IN THE COV PATH.

THIS FORWARDING IS NOT SEEN WITH LIST CALL-FORWARDING EITHER CANT BE DEACTIVATED WITH THE CALL FORWARD DEACTIVATE CODE.

I HAD TO ASK THE USER TO PUSH THE SEND-CALLS BUTTON IN ORDER TO DEACTIVATE IT.
 
send-calls button activated or deactivated is for a station, not for a coverage path. You cannot status a coverage-path.

For examples below, you will see "SAC Activated? yes" when you status station 247

When you look at the send-calls buttons the phones 427 and 428, the buttons will be lighted.
Either phone can toggle send-calls for station 427 and activate coverage as programmed for the coverage-path for station 427

Wait a minute here, earlier I said to status the station as I suspected that it was send all calls activated or was call forwarded and you said no it was not, now your telling me that another station had a send all calls button activated this stations send all calls so what gives here, if this was the case the status station should have shown that send all calls was activated!!!!
 
IT´S RIGHT IF I STATUS THE STATION THE SAC ACTIVATED IS SET TO NO.

Weird, very weird thanks for the update but makes no sense you think it would have shown as activated.
