Hey all,
Does anyone know where I can find simple directions of how to set up SNMP/MIB notifications (and which common ones I need) from my CS1000?
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Yes, the pc works when plugged directly into the cable the phone is using so it is more than likely the phone. I have ordered a replacement for it and hopefully that will resolve the problem.
Thanks for your help everyone!
Indeed!
So I guess what I am asking is this: has anyone ever run into this issue and it WASN'T a bad port/phone? I realize it's unlikely since there only seems to be one option to manipulate the port itself but I thought I'd put the question out there before I go through the trouble of...
I have an 1140e with a PC port that doesn't work. I have tried disabling the port and reenabling it to no avail. I would try swapping out the phone of course, but unfortunately I don't have a spare. So, I'm left with hoping there is a solution other than it being a broken phone.
Thoughts...
Hello everyone,
Hope everyone's having a good Friday.
So here's my deal. One of our network guys forwarded this error to us and said he's received it 825 times. This is the error:
Event from NT System Log, Event: ID=7034, Description: The CCMS MAS LinkHandler Port #2 service terminated...
Unfortunately, it is a standalone system. Also, when the call comes in, there is a hiss/static sound although it doesn't sound off in time with a ring cycle (does that make sense?). I get the feeling that this is somehow related to it's "connection" with the WAP or something regarding the fact...
After just spending hours on a previous 6140 issue (which ultimately was an operator error) I now have a new issue with one of my 6140 wireless handsets. The screen is showing 'service unavailable' and I am unable to receive calls on it. However, I am ABLE to MAKE calls. I have...
Ok, we finally got it. Operator error strikes again. You can lead a horse to a water fountain but you can't teach 'em to push the right button to make it work....
Thanks everyone for your help!
Ok, so we tried the profile changes and it still didn't work. We tried Loud and vibrate and the only thing that works is the silent mode. She can see the call coming in but again, no audible/physical indication.
Help! =)
We have 5 wireless handsets that seem to be working fine otherwise, but they will not ring out loud. They are programmed as SCR DN's and each handset has been configured individually to ring at the hightest volume.
Has anyone run into this issue before and/or can anyone suggest a solution...
Thanks for all of your assistance guys. We finally got it figured out...once my boss decided (after all of this...) to just route all US bound calls over the VoIP trunks instead of just that particular range. Of course that opened a whole new can of worms but that is another battle for another...
Hello all,
I am trying to use our VoIP trunks to route all calls going to these US numbers: 239-435-xxxx (from our office in the UK - our end user would dial 9-00-1-239-435-xxxx). How do I set up an SPN to allow this? I know what route to send them over but I can't figure out what combination...
The goal was to be able to forward external calls from the 685 phone to the 597 MCR DN so it shouldn't have anything to do with the MARP at all right?
Keep in mind that if you dial 585 directly, the FDN calls 597 without a problem and if you manually forward 685 to 597, external calls work...
