Hi Everyone,
I am having a problem when running NTBackup.
When NTBackup starts Initalizing the file system appears in the bottom of the screen as stays. I can't get past this screen unless I reboot the server.
Any idea's ?

We Currently have 5 3Com Superstack II Hubs.
We are looking to upgrade to switches to increase performance. How much of a difference are we likely to see in performance.
We have mostly 10/100 network cards.
Also, would cards with only 10 work with switches.

We currently have Virus Scan NT(On all PC's,Gorup Shield (On Exchange Server) and NetShield on (Domain Servers).
What are the benefits (If any) of Active Virus Defence Suite.

File \exchsrvr\MTADATA\DB00001.DAT is in use. It has been skipped. (I Get about 20 of these files).

We have login scripts but some machines have mapped to networked drives.
Is there a command I can put in the login script to clear all mapped drives.

We are running Exchange Server 5.5 with Outlook 97 on clients. We are currently updating all info about the users (Eg. Address, Phone number) - is there anyway that the users can change this info locally.
The option is greyed-out when I try.
