    I have a customer with an IPO 500 4.2. Can a prefix be added to automatically insert a 9 in the call log for all incoming calls? I've done this with all other trunk types,PRI, analog, etc., but I haven't been able to figure it out with a SIP line. PhoneLady

    Customer has an IPO 500 running 4.2.14 software with wireless spectra link phones. All is well except the labels are not passing through to the wireless handsets. I can see the action data that's assigned button but what we labeled the buttons won't show up. Any suggestions? PhoneLady
