I have a customer using voicemail to email (they do not have IMS) for their virtual users. They receive the voicemail message in their outlook inbox. Once they listen to the message and close it, it is no longer in their inbox and they are unable to locate it.
They currently have an IP Office with VM Pro 4.2 in an SCN environment and we have their voicemail set to forward the message to the users outlook inbox.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
