Guys,
I built a SIP trunk between a cisco callmanager 6 box and a sipxecs server in our lab.
When I call a phone that is registered to CUCM6 from a phone that is registered to sipxecs server, it works. However when I try to call a sipxecs phone from a phone that is registered to CUCM6, it does...
Is there a way to talk to a Cisco IP phone to get the ip information (subnetmask, default gateway etc.) ot of it?
What if the web service is disabled on the phone? is there another way?
Thanks
Can Cisco IP Phones support SNMP?
I need to pull some network configuration info out of the phones but I have no idea how to do it...
Any idea? Does anyone have a MIB name for me?
Thanks,
I have been working on this for a while now. I am trying to have CUCM6 push its trace files to an external SFTP server. I tried to mirror everying from RTMT but I still can not get a response to my SOAP requests. The following is my SOAP request:
<soapenv:Envelope...
I have been working with CUCM6 for a while now. I would like to configure the box to send all possible SNMP traps to a single destination.
As far as I know, I you need to go under serviceability and set the snmp trap destination for diffrent services. Is there a quicker way to configure the...
We are trying to put together a lab network with Callmanager express. I downloaded the proper IOS version and installed all the files onto the router.
Question is that how flexible CME licensing is. We installed CME 4.1 on a 2651XM. Like CUCM6, is it usabled up to specified number of phones? Or...
i know we can configure CUCM to send the CDR files to 3 diffrent billing servers but I was wondering if there is anyway to connect to a CUCM6 server from outside and download those cdr files? I have been trying to figure out how I can connect to CUCM (via SFTP or something else) and download the...
tburke99,
Could you find anything to be able to do what you needed? I am asking because we are also trying to extract the cdr and cmr data from CUCM....
I am new to Cisco Callmanager. I set up a network in my lab. I basically have 2 cisco callmanagers. Callmanager 4 and 6. They are connected to the same multilayer switch and they are different networks.
I built a sip trunk between them without a problem and I was able to make calls back and...
Is there a way to collect statistics such as delay, jitter, packet loss and CDR via SNMP from Cisco CallManager?
Is it possible to use SNMP to read that data directly from the CCM or make it upload it to an external server via FTP or sFTP or TFTP?
Thanks,
Hi,
I have a Nortel ers 1648. I upgraded it to the latest version of code.
I have 2 vlans configured on this unit. I have a multicast server in one vlan and the receivers in the other one.
ERS 1648 can support IGMPv1-v2 and PIM-SM mode. I have been unlucky so far. I tried many things but i...
I have been trying to configure my cisco 6500 and some 2950s to send snmp traps to a certain IP address.
I enabled all the traps in the system but the only time I capture an SNMP packet with wireshark is the time I enter "show run" in 6500.
I made config. changes on the switch but non of them...
so that means I can have 17 simutaneous and bidirectional G.711 calls on a single T1.
because I thought when you do the math for bidirectional calls the number is 8 calls.
correct?
Thanks again by the way
thanks for the reply.
I dont know why but this has been confusing for me. Lets say you have a T1 link which means your clock rate is 1,5Mbps. You can not exceed this.
In other words, the total number of received and transmitted bits for that single interface can not exceed 1,5Mbps per second...
We are trying to configure QoS over a T1 link for G.711 calls.
We have some nortel baystack 5520s.
I am personally stuck at some really basic thing. If you do the math for G.711 calls you can say that a T1 link can carry 17 simultaneous calls. However isnt this only one way. So what about the...
unfortunately what i am looking for is a little more than that.
I already checked all the command but non of them gives me how many packets hit each queue in a queue set.
I was hoping maybe there is a hidden command that I dont know or miss,
Thanks
I actually need something like that..a queue pacet counter under switch'es CLI.
something like "show queue statistics"
i could not find anything like that so far
Hi all,
I configured QoS on a Nortel 5520 stack. Now I need to know that the voice packets are hitting the right queue in my queue set. Is there a command in CLI of ERS5520 that shows the packet volume for each queue?
If not, is there any other way to confirm the QoS configuration?
Thanks in...
