Extracting CDR/CMR statistics - Problem

We are trying to extract CMR/CDR statistics from Call Manager. According to Cisco, using the CDR on-Demand process (get_file_list, get_file) should be used to extract the information (using it for a 3rd party application). But, when we use it, we only receive the CDR information.

Question: Is there another command to retrieve both the CDR and CMR information or is the another process that we should be using.

Could you find anything to be able to do what you needed? I am asking because we are also trying to extract the cdr and cmr data from CUCM....
