Hello, I have a Octel Aria 250, getting ready to perform my Friday back ups and notice the tape was already partly sticking out before I pressed the eject button, and as I pulled the cassette out I could see the tape was stuck inside. Please advise.

I re-booted it after hours and it came back up fine and was able to create a new mailbox with that ext.

I just received a report of a type 0 mailbox not working, the call will not go to the person's mailbox but to the main menu. I cannot delete, or modify the box and have a E4 status code - SP OSA General errors. Octel 250 Aria 02.04.09-1
Not all calls where 1800# but it was on the same day that we were experiencing trbl dialing 1800# they where locol and lond distance going over our power fail POT's lines, instead of our 3 PRI's, which had no over flow.
We received a bill for over $500.00 for 571 calls going out over our POT's line between 9:37 to 12:58. Our carrier tells us that we had no over flow that day. I ck the RLI's for our 800# and they are going out the only route we use with no 2nd choice.
Any key I press on our VT520 keyboard displays 0
Perhaps in typing I pressed a wrong key or combination of keys? Can't find a template for the keyboard anywhere online.
Input from Nortel 81C 3.0 switch side reads fine.
any sugestions?

We get this error often and it lights the light on the mailbox manager's phone.
