try and restart all networking from init.d (over the console)
eg
/etc/init.d/netsvc stop
/etc/init.d/netsvc start
do a "grep inet /etc/init.d/*" to find the scripts prob more than just that 1 on your box
check your profile and rules
looks like it may be tring to find c1t..... and c0t...... in steed of c0t1..... c0t2...... for mirroring
this happens when you use rule/profile from say an older E420R on a V240 etc where there is 1 scsi bus with muli targets not 2 (say) targets on 2 busses
from KB....

Could it be a Notes user/LOTUSUSER/password issue?

transaction logs are circular transaction logs which are getting over written every x hrs which is before backing them up and therefore the transaction logs are never up to date
Fix: Change the setting for the transaction logs from circular logging to archive loggings.
it must have asked you to enter the root pass during installation
try root and [enter] ie no password as you may have enterd past it during the install
