Hi,
my customer, using Legato Networker for Lotus notes, receive always this
error and its backup always fail:

--- Unsuccessful Save Sets ---

* itsv26:NOTES: 1 retry attempted
* itsv26:NOTES: Request for usage. (notes_save_getopt|256|19|0)

I am not able to find any reference for this error in the Legato Networker
documentation and in the Lotus Notes documentation.

Is someone able to help me ??
Any suggestion is really appreciated

Pierpa

Could it be a Notes user/LOTUSUSER/password issue?

"Password Protection
If the Domino server ID file is password-protected, Lotus generates a password prompt during the backup of the shared mail database. Scheduled backups fail because there is no way to input the password.
To work around this problem:
1. In the Lotus Notes client, select File>Tools>Switch ID.
2. Select the server ID file for the Domino server.
3. After switching to the server ID, select File>Tools>User ID.
4. In the User ID dialog box, select "Don't prompt for a password from other Notes-based programs".
With this workaround, if the Domino server is not running at the time of the scheduled
backup, the password protection is enforced and the backup fails. You must either remove the password from the server ID file or ensure the Domino server is running
during the backup."
