Is there a way to erase all messages in a voicemail box, other than deleting the mailbox itself from the system?

I would like to know how i can remove a routine in LD17. I added 030 to dsbl unused lines but now would like to remove it from there because there are a few unplugged phones that i know of that must stay enabled.

hmmm i don't see where java would work in this case ? I guess we have an old version of meridian mail. i think our system is only accessible via modem (or serial connection using the terminal)
i will look into config wizard. is that part of MAT or it's on the terminal ?

We are being audited by the government and are asked to change the default voice mail language to french. I have about 900 phones in the building and we're using MAT Navigator to manager voice mails. I also have a terminal attached to the voice mail system but we do everything from the MAT...
now i'm worried haha
i've only figured out the basics so far and can't do much if the s*** hits the fan ... so i might call our phone guy to do this instead of doing it myself
I was wondering the same thing. Now i know i have to look at the dip switches on the card itself. i thought it was a setting when creating the tty in the system ... when you say the board will have to be disabled, you mean disabling the tty or is it something else ?
This is all i get when i do ldis 24 0 in LD 32. I'm not sure what it means though ... i'll read up on LD 32 a bit later. I'm just glad i can remove some of the wires on the wall :) thanks alot
