We are having an issue with outside calls being dropped when going to our Genesys system via a trunk from the Avaya SBC. Calls to Avaya phones are not experiencing this issue. This happens inconsistently, to Genesys endpoints and the Genesys IVR. Support on both systems are working on the issue...

Hello - I am using a Cisco switch as a DHCP server for Avaya IP phone. I setup the 242 option for the 9600 series phones and it seems to work. I plug the phone in, it gets the VLAN and DHCP info and works normally.

I have several users setup with IP softphone in telecommuter mode. All but 1 can answer an incoming call by picking up their phone that its directed to (the phone in the telephone at filed when logging in). I don't recall setting this for any other user. Is there a setting to control this...

I currently have a G3si running CM 2.2 with 5 IP licenses , running softphones and a hardphone. Is it possible to add wireless IP phones to this without and extra equipment (besides the phones)?
