I have setup a few basic vectors but I need help with this one. I want to setup a vector for our Helpdesk. We have 4 people in the group with their own extensions as well as a bridged button for the helpdesk extension. We would like to have the helpdesk call ring normally, if no one picks up it goes to an announcement asking the caller to wait for an available technician or press a number to leave a message. Can someone get me going on this?
