This past weekend we upgraded to an Avaya system and now I need to delete all messages from our old Rolm Phonemail system before disposal. I seem to recall there is a command to delete all messages older than a certain date but I can't find it. If anyone knows it, please let me know.
Thanks!
I have been immersed in a Siemens swithc for years, but a new office of ours just had an Avaya IP system installed last fall so I am trying to navigate my way around with no official training.
Today, one of our supervisors deleted an important voicemail message from our Audix system. Is...
Here are the Microsoft instructions which include more steps in case just running it with /cleanfreebusy doesn't work:

You don't mention which version of Office you are using, but I noticed that the link which is not working has more than 64 characters while the others have fewer than 64 characters.
Is it possible that the computers which aren't working don't have the newer service pack for Office 2000 which...
I believe it was Office 2000 that had a problem like this and it was related to having more than 64 characters in the path name.
You'd think it would have been resolved in Office 2003, but try it with a shorter path to the file and see if it can then find the embedded spreadsheet.
Since we don't have experience with Apache and our client is not very knowledgeable about this type of redirect, I apologize for asking for specifics, but this is what we need (with slightly different addressing)...
We need to have a secure site hosted on Apache at

We have a client website where they are forwarding traffic from their Apache server to our IIS server and we need to mask our url so it looks like it is the client's site.
Currently the client has traffic directed via a frame which keeps the client's Apache-based url in the address box, but...
Hmmmm....OK....Then how can we accomplish this between these two servers?
It seems the Apache server, which is directing the traffic via a distinct url to us (i.e. offsite.abcompany.com with "offsite" being the trigger that sends it to us), will need to know where to send the traffic without...

I found this on another board. Several users there said it helped them.

If you open the attachment from the preview pane, they will open as read only. If you open the message and THEN open the attachments, they will open as editable files. When you are done...
After struggling with this for more than a year as it would be corrected by a reinstall and then re-occur again later, I finally found a much easier solution.....I deleted the pw3.prm file and then opened ProComm again. It went through an initilization process to recreate the file, I set up the...
We have an antiquated workhorse Siemens 9751 Mod 10 with 3 cabinets at our facility. We having paging throughout our 4th floor office space but we are moving a department down to the first floor and need to install paging for them as well. We want them to hear exactly the same pages since...
We have ISI using a PollCat device that they dial into each evening. Then we get monthly reports on CD. It costs us approximately $500 per month for approximately 200 extensions.
To me that sounds expensive because I'd rather have a newer phone system that would maintain the data for us and...
I want to change the thick border around the reading pane in Outlook 2003 to something thinner and less "obnoxious" (for lack of a better word). Is there some hidden way to change or even to remove it?
Thanks!
I have Outlook 2003 and while trying to find an answer to a question about 2003 I came across this question. In case it still hasn't been solved, have you tried right clicking on the preview pane along the edge? In 2003 there is a text size option but I only see it when doing that - not when...
Here is the exact error:
"ProComm 3.0 caused a General Protection Fault in module VXPRINT.DLL at 0001:018C"
Your only option is "Close"
Then the next time I try to enter Procomm I get an error and I have to close it and reopen it to have it functional again.
As long as we...
