My question is regarding a "collect # digits after announcement ####" step following a "queue-to skill ### pri x" and the impact the collect digits step has on the queue-to skill step.
Seems like I recall something like the collect digits will nullify the queue to step or something like that...
Does anyone know of a fix for ASA's inability to import Queue limit's when adding or changing a hunt? Seems that when Avaya changed the naming convention on the hunt form, they didn't think to do so for ASA. Currently using ASA ver 4.0.12 / rel build Feb 7 2007. Thanks in advance.

In an ead/eas-mia environment, why is it when you offer a call in queue (collect x digits after announcement) the option to goto voicemail/ wait in queue, the call get put at the end of line in queue? Or does this have no affect on the call's place in queue?

Can't Rec Annc or FTP Add. When I do a li integ, I count 200 annc, yet when I run a NLST from my FTP app, it comes back w/ a coun of 256 annc. Did a cha annc 257, prob still persist. What's the procedure for removing annc on the VAL that do not appear via li integ? Thanks in advance.
