Any ideas why an "Inspect" button would cause ACD agents not to receive calls? Current System is running CM 3.1.2. Thanks in advance.

Because the inspect feature activates the terminal side of the telephone .. hence the problem your having.

As an example, If you use the directory feature, to look someone up on your telephone... when you press the directory button, you telephone becomes (for lack of better terms) a dumb terminal. In this mode you can not recv any phone calls, so to enable the calls once again you press the normal button on the telephone thus poping you out of the terminal mode to telephone mode.. why are y ou wanting to use the inspect feature ?
