Via CMS Supervisor, when I attempt to run a Cus Rep I get report translation error, CMS server Error 28611 Report Translator failed invalid syntax in GEM file, but Report works in TE. The report use to work in Supervisor prior upgrading to Supervisor r15. Has anyone had this issue and what did you do to fix it? Thanks in advance.

Supervisor will not allow to transfer over to designer. Any more ideas?

Did you backup your custom reports before you upgraded and/or did you select to have Avaya or BP support custom reports as part of your upgrade?

You can try copying it off to your PC and back on with a different name, but I don't think that will do anything.
