    The Master ACD for clock synchronization with CMS is configured in System Setup -> CMS State (if you have more than one ACD). The reports for the interval when you change time (in ACD or CMS) will be lost, so it´s better to be done late night.

    Hello; You can try using a discman plugged to a TN2183 Analog Line port. Then run <change music-sources> and assign the Digital Line port to the Source Number. The &quot;Source&quot; must be equal to the Tenant of the VDN, split/skill, station. It´s much cheaper. Hope this helps. Helder Aragao
