Does anyone know why I would receive a message, "NO DATA RETURNED FROM POLL?" I have looked at everything and I am at a lost. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
If anything is not set up properly, it would cause data to not be received from the poll. Make sure that you have an ISDN-PRI between the sites. Make sure that the UUI IE treatment is "shared" and that Send UUI IE is "y" on both sides. Also in your polling vector on the other side, make sure that all it says is...

If you have any wait statements it will not work properly.
Do you a private line T-1 between the locations?
Is it setup as PRI?
Is it every BSR Poll attempt or intermittent?
Is there a B-channel available when it attempts the poll on the d-channel? There has to be one available unless you are using an IP signaling group setup for BSR
If you are using dedicated service between the locations in a switched network(meaning it routes through carrier who can switch the call) like MCI v-net service then even the carriers switch can cause problems, we have had intermittent failures with different switches but the same carrier i.e, MCI v-net works great with the DEX switches but intermittent failures on their dms250 in the same switching center.
The IP signaling group setup has proven more efficient as it doesn't actually need to sieze a b-channel to complete the polling part of BSR.
To have more clues about waht´s going on, you can use "disp events" command. The event codes can give you more informations about the causes of the problem.
