Sarajayne, It is a setup for 3700 that controls all your locations from a corporate level. They have a price wizard that creates a new price record and you can import/export a csv file to get the data needed for pricing. Pretty useful for companies with multiple locations.

Have you tried making a sync packet and receiving it? Or you can try receive -f from the command prompt to force receive it.

We are using res 3700 version 5.2 right now and will be upgrading to 5.5 soon. The only place I can find full check level detail in is the mymicros environment but I cannot find anyone on the oracle team that will do a data dump of our database for us.

Look under the History registry key for your batch #. Create a new value at the batch # level (where it shows BatchNumber and LastAttemptNumber) called Override as DWORD, set it to 1. That will flag it to go again during the next settlement run.

Gyro are you seeing the batch hitting the bank/processor? If so then you can mark it as transferred. If not you can call your processor and they can walk you through the process of looking at it as not transferred and clearing the flag to allow you to resubmit it.

Hosehead that's the only way we have found to do it. Please keep in mind it makes taxes messy if you are in a city with different tax rates for booze/food.

Verify the prices in the pos configurator and what the submenu levels are assigned. We noticed and issue with the repeat item button not giving the correct menu level for some reason as it was defaulting to a different menu level than we wanted.

You can create this button and another for drawer 2 and put on a function screen somewhere. You can go under the employee and assign a drawer from the terminal.
