Need Help With Assigning Cash Drawers to Servers and Managers With Micros 3700

Hello,

I am wondering if anyone knows how to setup the Micros 3700 POS, so that the 2 cash drawers on a workstation 5 terminal can be easily assigned using a key on the POS terminal, instead of having to go into the employee settings and change the cash drawer assignment to drawer 1 or drawer 2.

I also need to know if there is a way to allow a manager, not a server, to have a choice to open either drawer 1 or drawer 2 when they press the no sale key, because right now the manager can only open drawer 1 and if they want to open drawer 2 they have to assign themselves drawer 2 or use a key to manually open that drawer.

You can create this button and another for drawer 2 and put on a function screen somewhere. You can go under the employee and assign a drawer from the terminal.
