riwa, I have exactly the same problem with 1 W2000 server in our mixed domain. The shared resources on the server were browsable before but now are not and nothing (to my knowledge) changed. I will update this thread if I come across a solution.

The answer is that you have to install using v9 media and then use the generated key(s) to license. If you already have the product installed (as I did) you might need to do a complete uninstall before reinstalling as license utility wasn't recognising the new keys.
