Thanks Jim. That would be ideal if I were on-site myself, and I could do that. Unfortunately, I have the very unpleasent task of having to troubleshoot this over the phone with a non-technical customer who set these things up themselves. They are convinced the T-A-G is the problem and they want...
Five copper loop-starts into 3 Tel-A-Greeters with 2 ports each - 1 port unused. From there the lines go into a Definity ACD que. For some reason some calls are not being transfered to the ACD que. They time-out and drop.
Thanks for the responses! The only requirement is an anouncement that states that there will be a fee charged for this call and then they must press a specific digit to continue to the ACD que. Thanks for that Vector example mikeydidit!!that looks like it would work for this application...

I always reformat the HD and reload...

It'll be 12 years come April that I've been with <ThisCompany> I have seen others leave and return or try to return.
LOL - Nobody notices us until they can't make a phone call and they find themselves "looking down the receiver" -LOL
I don't care what the IT folks think - they still call me when their headsets, conference phones, and wireless phones don't work. And it's easier for me to learn IT than it is...
