Just resolved this problem today. CP thinks the file is locked. I restored from a backup and it released the lock. Other have noted that deleting specific temp files also does the trick. I would think that Nortel or your vendor could tell you which temp files to remove.
I'm new to the Cisco IOS and would appreciate any help with getting some users behind an ASA 5510 to be able to initiate an RDP tconnection with an outside vpn using NetScreen Remote (10.5.1).
The NetScreen connection monitor shows a successful connection but I can't ping or use RDP. The other...
If you're using just the AV client then it sounds like you need 35 client licenses.
If you want to protect your Exchange servers there is a Corporate or Enterprise Edition product which includes both server and client versions.
Can anybody help me out with this setup?
I'm trying to give remote users access to their MFSAM portals using CSG 2.0. I have a CSG 2.0 box in my DMZ between two ISA servers. CSG diagnostics all check out ok.
What I can't figure out is exactly how to allow access through ISA. Should it be...
I just finished installing my MSAM server on Win2k3 with no problems. Works like a champ! Have you tried looking at Doug Brown's MIAB v3.0? There is a detailed section on setting up MSAM on Win2k3.

Walked into a WAN situation with 4 offices connected via 3Com Netbuilder routers that have been assigned 129.x.x.x addresses and using RIP2. I need to get these routers off the 129 network and onto a private address space. Can these routers be assigned an alternate ip address? I'd like to...
Which MAC OS are you using? I think the only versions that work are 8.6-9.x and OS X Classic.
What happens when you click the Test Settings button during the Exchange configuration screen?
I believe MS has stripped the conferencing and instant messaging functions from Exchange 2k3 and thay are now separate products called Live Meeting and Live Communication Server.

1) 3rd party app - You may already have one, as many antivirus scanners/filters perform this at the gateway or server.
2) Outlook 2000 (with the security update), XP (2002), and 2003 block attachments.
3) You can script the attachment blocking with event sinks...
If by "free up space" you mean decreasing the size of the information store then yes, you need to manually perform the offline defrag. Exchange 2003 performs online defrag nightly but the size of the db does not decrease. The offline defrag rebuilds the store without any white space...
Just my $.02 but I would advise against enabling Terminal Services on the domain controller unless it is for remote admin only. Enabling TS to share apps on a domain controller requires the users to have Log on Locally rights...serious security risk.
Great comments from John
I would suggest NOT putting an owa server in the dmz. If using ISA and FE/BE servers the MS best practice is to keep all Exchange servers behind the firewall.
I'm trying to save rack space with a new farm setup and was wondering if anybody would comment on putting MFXP on blade servers. I'm specifically looking at the Dell blades, but any other general comments on performance or setup in this scenario would be appreciated.
