I believe MS has stripped the conferencing and instant messaging functions from Exchange 2k3 and thay are now separate products called Live Meeting and Live Communication Server.

These look far too big and expensive for what we want. All we want is good quality videoconferencing without the bells and whistles - up to 5 locations, all webcams showing on each person's screen with audio.
Is there nothing like this that can be used with exchange 2003, or is there nothing like this in general?
