I might well be able to - may well have not been using onSubmit correctly previously! Currently trying to test it out again - thank you for your reply.
I have inherited an application that uses embedded perl which I am trying to enhance (not rewrite!). I need to ensure that all form fields have been completed before the form is submitted - If submit is clicked the values in the form are evaluated and (if incomplete) an sql error is received...
I am really struggling with sendmail.
I have an array (@data) that when assigned to $content prints fine and obviously has a string in it. For some reason it does not go through with the sendmail. If I append a string to $content the appended string goes through and appears in the email,, but...
thanks - that was a kind of improvement - if I specify the value in that method clicking on the other two radio buttons doesn't invoke the function. However the alert does not come up on the button it should - javascript error "valuename" is not defined.
Jon
I have removed the double quotes but the problem persists. The alert gets invoked if radio buttons two or three are clicked as well (there are three in the same group), the first button does not.
Jon
I have a page where onSubmit I want this function to check if radio button 2 was selected and if there was anything entered into the mobile phone no. text area ("mobile"). What is happening at the moment is that the alert is coming up whether or not there is anything in the text area...
This is probably blindingly obvious but I have been staring at this problem for too long.
I have a page with frames. In the main frame ("content") I have a page loaded that is a preview page with a submit button. On clicking submit the preview is approved - the frame must then load up...
I have some code on a form. onSubmit check for email address and if it doesn't find one returns false to prevent the form submitting. The problem is that when you click ok or cancel on the alert box "false" or "true" pops up as an alert. How do I stop this?
function...

I have a Dell 2300 running Netware 4.11 (SP6).<br>

The problem is before I restarted my server it was running very fast, i.e.<br>
when I set the time it would then start jumping forward a few minutes for<br>
every few seconds that passed and so on until about 23:50.<br>

Thank you for your replies. The problem has now been sorted. It turns out that Exchange was pointing to the wrong server. Within the Internet Mail Service ¦ connections the option to point to DNS was selected instead of the ISP mail server. So some addresses were not recognised. Everything seems...
If I type the address in the "to:" box of the Outlook client (any for this server) then the email will be bounced, regardless of whether it is in an address book or not.<br>
<br>
Thanks for the post - no it effects everybody. The address is in a client's address book, but trying to send to the same address (I can send to it from hotmail, etc) from another client gets the same response.<br>

This might not be relevent at all but I have come across this on Win 95 clients - but it was the result of McAffee antivirus software. We upgraded all our clients to version 4 and as soon as they had finished and re-booted after installation they could no longer open files anywhere other than...
I had a right old song and dance when I did this with a Dell Workstation. Their is utility avaiable which updates the HAL (but didn't work) and Dell were most reluctant to tell me about it. <br>

The Bios recognised the 2nd CPU but unless you see 2 microprocessor(s) mentioned when NT is...
