How Can I get NT to push Network Associates Mc Afee Antivirus updates 1

Has any one had any promblems installing McAfee's Managmant Edition I am having trouble conecting to members to push the updates to them. I get a message saying &quot;The management console cannot connect to the machine UNC path is incorrect enter domain\username and password&quot;<br>Yes I have tried to use several logins and passwords. HELP!

use scheduler and configure auto update eq. from local server

Have you tried running a batch file from the login script?

Management Edition is a piece of crap, I never got it working right and spoke with NAI<br>and they said there were alot of roblems with the newest release.

I have successfully installed Management Edition and have had similar difficulties.<br>Are your workstations setup for user level access, Control panel\passwords File and print sharing,<br>&nbsp;sharing files needs to be selected. reboot machine.<br>Go to server and try to drag wksta to left from right pane and aply configuration.<br>This should be all thats necessary.<br>At server make sure push in install is checked.<br>If you like e-mail me directly&nbsp;&nbsp;<A HREF="mailto:david.neff@aquatrols.com">david.neff@aquatrols.com</A>

In the end we gave up and Bought Nortons instead much better product! Thanks for the help!
