Hi All,
I translated the default.isl in INNO Setup to be generic which would allow me to use it to make other wizard types besides setup wizards. Anyway, I'm currently working on a backup wizard and I have encountered a problem I haven't yet seen in Delphi Pascal.
The problem is that I need to...
straybullet,
I tried the fuction you suggested and had very little luck getting it to work. Do you suppose this could be due to my being on Office 2007?
Thanks Anyway,
Neo
Hi All,
How would a function/formula look that would create/verify a serial number that looks like this: AYYMMXXXX where A is constant, YY is the current 2 digit year, MM is the current month, and XXXX is a whole number that gets incremented with each additional product?
Thanks,
Neo
Skip,
Thanks for the suggestion. It got me on the right track. Though I ended up taking a different route since I'm using Office 2007 and I assume you are not.
I had to first select the column to contain the serial# data, then click the "Data" tab, then click the "Data Verification" button...
Hi All,
Is it possible to verify if data is sequential or not. If so how would one accomplish this?
I'm creating a serial # log sheet if that helps at all. I want each serial # that's entered to be equal to the previous cell incremented by one.
Thanks in Advance,
Neo
Hi All,
Is there a way to have the hyperlink address be infered as opposed to hard coded. I know some programs allow you to do this programatically by typing .\ where the .\ basically says whatever directory the current file is in w/ link. Allowing you to enter any subdirectory you desire (so...
golcarlad,
Thanks for the post. I found usb communications is a little more involved than i had anticipated. Though i believe you've given me enough info to figure it all out.
Thanks,
TipGiver,
I guess display is the wrong word for it. Basically, I want to have a Windows Application that has a console/terminal built into one of the forms. I just want to use it for writing data to, and reading data from a serial port. I've already accomplished doing such, but only by way...
Hi All,
I new to oop programming, so please excuse the new-b question.
Is it possible to display a console in a windows form?
If so, how would one go about doing so? An example would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
GHTROUT,
Yes is the answer you seek. I had to go back and make a work-around which is kinda similar to what you suggested. The procomm terminals in question (4 to be exact) all run the same nested loop, test script to test 8 units simultaneously. The script had to be edited to detect a...
I'm on a windows 2000 with procomm ver.4.7. I've tested this on another machine with XP and the same version of procomm and the tests produced the same results.
So you might think this issue was fixed in procomm ver. 4.8, which i believe is the latest version available.
What version are you...
I don't see any memory listed here. Can you list the exact RAM modules you are using also, since RAM is also an integral component in any computer system.
if u can still see the graphics and its just not bright there's probably a loose cable from the power supply to the lcd backlight (inside the monitor case) or the backlight lamps are burned out. I would RMA that one asap.
I worked on monitors both lcd and crt in the past and a slight adjustment...
I agree with Johnthephoneguy, also if u need assurance, i work in testing image processing equipment and some our pc's video cards used to test the equipment produce similar artifacts. Replace your video card and all will be normal once again.
Hi all,
I've noticed that when procomm is just sitting there idle without a serial device connected to the pc, and a char is pressed when the procomm terminal has focus the cpu utilization goes to 100% and stays there until a device is connected via direct connect or procomm is closed. This...
Hi All,
