Anyone know what version this started working? I believe it was either 9.1 or 10.0 when the IP Office SCN lines became a thing, but I can't find any documentation on it.

One of our customers asked if there was a way to change the tone that everyone hears on their phone when there is an internal all page (via Dial Paging to a Hunt Group). Is this possible? In 8 years of working on IPO I have never had this request and don't have any idea where that would be.
This problem first came up when I was on a support call with Xima. According to them, "this is a Linux issue and we need to resolve it prior to calling for further support". You would think the highest tier of Xima partner would receive slightly better support.
I believe this is 10.0+, but give it a shot anyways.
Program a Visual Voice button on the phone. Label would be the name of the group and action data would be the hunt group number.
This may only work for users though...
This is the second time I have run into this issue with the default server edition iso,so I figured I would see if anyone knows how to fix this.
We have loaded the server edition iso as a virtual server (irrelevant) version 10.1 in this case. The first time I had this issue was version 10.0.4...

I agree; this is the first time a customer had ever mentioned it. Since some people say it does not happen on their system and others say it does, this has to be a setting. I just have no idea what it would be called.
This happens on our system too. I just tried it. We are running SE 10.0.2. This particular customer is running Embedded voicemail version 9.1.8.

Customer complained that if you are in your call log and pickup the phone, the phone calls the number for the call log entry. I am pretty sure this is normal operation, but is there any way to disable this?

I am sure Greybeard. This was the first thing we checked when they reported this issue and initially this was a problem. They purchased more licenses to fix this issue and since adding them, they have not had one instance of all ports being in use.
The funny thing about this situation is every single agent has voice recording set to ON for both inbound and outbound with the VRL selected. That was actually one of the first things I tried.
