I'm trying to export a document to PDF and all the pages have numbers on it made on the master, and everything seems to be fine, but when I export it to PDF only the right side of the document appears the number but not on the left side and that's also only from page 9 and on, please help...

actually I do see it, and if I take the slider and pull it up to the font it will go, but if I type it just on the top it will come up the font just for a split second and then dissapear, please help.

I would like to make a nested style that in the first paragraph of every chapter the first line should be smallcaps, how do it that the style should only apply to the first line? In the paragraph style options there is no option for 'line' just sentence, word, etc. Thank you Mechel
