Hi Guys,
We resolved the issue, turned out to be the customer's firewall changing the RTP ports. It must have always done it, but only became an issue after Gamma changed their SBC. Swapped for a Draytek and problem solved.
Thanks

Hi Guys,
Does anyone understand exactly how RTP ports are chosen by the IP Office? We have a customer on Gamma SIP, no SBC, who has been working fine for a number of years, but as of yesterday is getting one way speech. They on R11.0. We logged this with Gamma, and after investigating for...
Hi Guys,
New Application Server 11.1.2.4.0 build 18, I'm trying to SSH into it but my connection is being refused. Do I need to enable SSH now, and if so how? Or, is there now a way of uploading VM Pro backups via 7070 or 7071?
Thanks
Joe

Has anyone come across this before?
We have got a customer who has been struggling to make outbound calls intermittently for months. It has been raised with Gamma multiple times and they say that the IPO is not responding to their 200 OK messages. We have changed Internet providers, by passed...
Thanks both. Does the new vulnerability have an affect even with JndiLookup removed? I thought it just extended the affected versions up to 2.16? Either way, hopefully that line from the release notes will satisfy the customer until a new patch is released.

Hi Guys,
We have a customer on R11 with a Windows Server installation of One-X Portal. We have upgraded them to the latest R11 version, and run the Log4j patch, but when they do a search of the C drive for Log4j they still see version 2.12.1 in the One-X directory, which is one of the...
Hi Guys,
Sorry if this has been addressed above, I have skimmed through and couldn't see it.

Thanks both.
Telecomboy - I suspected keepalives, but any idea how I can prove this? Or what I can ask them to change on the VPN to rectify this? They say that there is no firewall between the two sites across the tunnel.
kwing112000 - It is a Draytek at the main site, where the IPO is, and a...
Hi ExpediaTelProg,
Thank you for your reply. The phone was previously at the main site and worked fine, its only been playing up since it was taken to the remote site, so I think it must be a VPN related issue.
Thanks,

Hi Guys,
I'm hoping someone will be able to help with an issue that we are having with a 1608 over a site to site IPSEC VPN.
It is an IP500v2, with all 16/96 series handsets. They have just opened a new site half a mile down the road, leased line in each, and an IPSEC VPN between the two. We...
I have updated our in house IP Office, and haven't yet seen any issues, but I'm glad we haven't deployed it anywhere else. Big improvements for Equinox though - Call Forwarding and Mobile Twinning, Hunt Group membership, synchronised call log with the IP Office.

Thanks all. I'll have a read through the docs. However I think we have resolved it, it looks like it was a faulty combo card. I replaced it with a VCM32 and a DS8 and so far so good!

Possible, but unlikely. If it was the 9608 user then it shouldn't show that digit 6 was pressed on monitor, if it was the door phone user then the other phones wouldn't work with it either. No harm in deleting and recreating one or both of them to see what happens though.
If you have one phone...
Hi belalsaleh,
You need to resolve the error "-[System] Dial Emergency Short Code has not been defined." or your users may not be able to call the emergency services. If you are in UK the you need to create a system shortcode with the feature Dial, code 999, ane telephone number 999; and the...
Hi there, thank you for your reply.
Sorry, I should have said, I have already tried suggestions 2 and 3. I will try the phone settings today.
Changing the Nonlinear Processor mode from 'Adapative' to 'Silence' works some of the time. Presumably what is happening is when no background noise...
