Not sure if it can be guessed by the printout but thought it was worth a try. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I've misplaced my notes about how to set and change an IP address in Option 11C. Can someone give me a quick overview - or at least what overlay I need to be in?
Option 11c
Is it possible to set a PIC in the switch? I seem to recall my vendor doing this a few years ago.
Could anyone tell me how to do that? I would love you forever...
Option 11C
Can someone tell me how to query what my switch's outpulse number is?
I'm semi-new at this so if I'm using the wrong definition I apologize.
Many thanks in advance!
Hmmm...
I don't see that the DN is built to an analog TN at all.
I'm going to test a new handset right at the TN instead of in the office to see what happens B4 I go to the trouble of outing it.

Yes - that's exactly what I thought; I've never pulled analog DT on a digital set either.
Think I will OUT it & build on another TN.
Thanks for all of the suggestions everyone.
Option 11C V3.0+
I have a user that gets a stuttered dial tone instead of a lamp on when they have a message waiting. Been looking at the CLS settings & I think I'm having a bad Monday. Anyone see what I am missing? Here's the TN:

The user didn't want to try calling again after I changed the NCOS (due to time window) so I asked him to try calling the London Time & Temperature recording.
He was able to call successfully, so I'm hoping the NCOS was the issue.
Should have thought of that myself; thanks to y'all for the...
I know that I can call London from that location as I have done that a few times.
I just reset the NCOS to 5 from 2
Anything else that I should look at?
Thanks for your patience; I'm still learning ;-)
I have a user at one of my remotes that is trying to call South Africa - 9 011 27 44 XXX XXXX
After they enter the last digit, there is a pause & they get a fast busy.
I CAN successfully call the number here from our main location - no problem. I do know that when a user is trying to call a...
PROBLEM FINALLY RESOLVED
Nortel logged into my switch Friday afternoon to resolve the corruption problem on TN 06 04. Problem is, they deleted the 2008 set on 06 01 instead and left the corrupted TN in place...
Seeing as how TN 06 01 was the extension for one of the VP's (that figures) I...
