How do you create a "coverage path" in the Call Manager. With Avaya it was a simple operation to just add coverage-path next. But I am still getting use to the CM. Any help would be greatly appriciated. Thanks.

Yes, the GW has been restarted and has been reset from the web. When I list the gateways, I can see the GW in question. All the endpoints of that GW are registered. As far as i can tell the CM sees the GW and all the endpoints.
Had a power outage and one of my VG224 GW will not provide tone any more. I have checked for physical damage, none. Checked continuity from the gateway to the 66 block. Reset the ports and the gateway itself. Still no tone. The only thing that I do notice is that the activity light is not lit on...

You may to give this a shot. Program one of ext 8975 line appearances with "aut-msg-wt" then type in the extension 3275. I think this may solve your problem
