How would I trace a 911 call made by a user?

use the call details record (CDR) analysis and reporting tool found under cisco unified servicability.
Once you are in it go to CDR->search->by user/extension and search for 911. it will give you the most recent 911 matches and all the details, station, time,etc.

It is asking me for the extension....I do not know the extension. Is there a place where I placed the dial string and get an extension return.
