I am working on a 2000 IPS that had a AD-8 Voicemail go bad. I replaced the VM with one that I had to get from a third party. The trouble is that the softkeys are not present on the phones when in VM. I talked to another tech and was told that some of the earlier VMs did not have the softkeys on...
No Idea, Another market sent the system out to a off-site facility and they couldn't get it to work...so we replaced the system and they sent this back...It could have been bad to begin with or someone made it bad...Too many parties involved to determine.

This is a weird one. This is a 2000 IVS2. The problem is the night mode. I have it programmed to ring 14 phones using TAS when the system is in night mode. The problem is that every once in a while the phones will not ring when in the system is in night mode.
