Just an update - We continued to have problems getting the 10.1 upgrade to go, so we ended up performing a fresh install of 10.1.0.0, and then migrated/restored from a backup. This method worked perfectly, and so far so good.

So yes it looks like it is supported on the IP500v2, but I think the VMPro was our issue? Being that we are on VMPRO 11.0.4.6 using a windows server, I think this would have to get migrated to an applications server? Does this sound correct? Thanks for the input.
