Looking for some help.
I have a client who call forwards set "F4" to 225 yet it rings at 225 but if it goes to voicemail it goes to 221's VM. I've checked all sets on cfna to voicemail and all are set at 3 rings so no mailbox superseed the AA or other mailbox.
AA is set to 221...
I'm told the person has a hearing implant, they can hear but need the volume to be amplified. I'm now thinking of recommending the noise cancelling handset.
I will give them both options but they want the person to be able to answer all 3 lines off the TTY phone and be able to transfer and...

Found that some staff had COS 7 so no transfer allowed and also programming in in Fire Fox showed the CCR Tree had the transfer extension programmed but in Explorer, they were blank.

I've programmed a Call Pilot 100 CCR Tree
It has 7 option with sub option. So let's say you press 3 for finance and in finance I have 5 option to transfer to an extension.
All works until I press 1 for Mary at finance and then transfer node is a transfer node with intercom and...
Usually a BCM 50 comes out of a box 4X8 but the BCM you need to work your way backwards on punching the digital sets on the Amphonol cable. You will need key codes for the extra 4 extensions.

Hello, it's been a while I've logged into a 6X16 but I have a system at a client's and I'm trying to remember if I can log into the system and check via maintenance which port is free, just like we do on a CICS and MICS. Does the 6X16 have the capability to look at the ports?

not sure if it would, but both ways gets you to the voicemail if programmed with cfno to voicemail port. wondering if all calls would go to voicemail when f984 is on with a hunt group
you need to call forward no answer the set to the voice port in capabilities.
Feature 985 will give you the voice port. make sure the number of rings is equal or more than your CCR Tree to avoid all calls going to your voicemail
off the phone system Amthenol, the first to the left is line one, second line 2. the system goes line 1 & 2 pair 1 & 2 skip 2 line 3 & 4 of pin 5 & 6. This is assuming you have an MICS or a CICS but seeing you have a T7316E on the system should be one or the other system
