Calling directly to the huntgroup routes the caller to the huntgroup's voicemail just fine but calling to a member of the group that has a coverpath back to the huntgroup doesn't.

Just thought of something - how about if I route the caller to a number of different VDN's according to how they rate the call, and just count the nuber that those VDN's are 'called' using BCMS ?
So like this;
collect 1 digit after 'how would you rate this conversation'
if digit = 1 goto vdn...

maybe he was using a different phone (like a cellphone) to dial in to the conference, which has its CID blocked ?
maybe calling from a different location altogether ?
maybe came in through a different trunk / provider ?
