Customer has a call logger which is using the CDR output from Avaya. Customer and ClientA were on a Meet me conference yesterday for 18mins. When the call completed the customer checked the call logger to see the details of ClientA, but could only see their internal number dialing the conference meet me. When checking the CDR output from Avaya the ClientA call details were not there either.
The CDR output report was taken for the entire day. ClientA called in at 15:59 to the bridge number but is not shown on the report.
Its very strange as ClientA made another test call to the meet me number at 17:04 which was logged in the CDR output, so not sure why the 1st call was not in the CDR output or call log report?
Does anyone have any suggestions or experienced this that can help?
