Hello
I've just move companies and now can't find my notebook of useful/useless information (aargh!). Can anyone out there remember the number for the french talking clock or similar - to allow me to test a COR that I'm setting up.
Cheers
Jon
Sorry this is a bit of a random one. Does anyone know where I can download a copy of the manual for our Definity's AEI Prodisc MOH player? Management want to see in writing that it can't play regular CD's.
Oh happy days!
Thanks
Jon
Hi Buckweet
No that the thing, there's nothing clever with IP of anything like that. All we do is double jumper on the cabling between the Callmaster and the patch panel.
There's digital cards in the Mirra which (I presume) understand DCP. This is how the calls get recorded.
For some reason...
Hi Buckweet
The integration is on the digital station side. The reason being that we require the ability to report based on individual extensions.

Has anyone else has achieved this. We're trying to integrate our existing Mirra 2 Call Recorder to work with our new Avaya S8300/G700 solution.
We have 25 Callmaster V DCP 2 wire digital phones and were assured all along that this combination would work but it seems that now after a failed...

Hello
I've just received a new version of Voice Announcement Manager (2.0.8) but when ever I try to launch it I get the error "Unable to find VAL_PATH environment variable." I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling Voice Announcement Manager and the Java Runtime Environment 1.4.2 but get the same...
Thanks Avayauser. We did have the abrv-dials configured on page 3. This was for a newly installed system though and due to other issues it was rebooted last night. Since the reboot we have been able to use the abrv-prog without any issues!?
Hi
I'm having problems trying to use the abrv-prog button on Callmaster V's on an S8300/G700 CM 2.0.1 switch. I've given the handsets console permissions but when I press the abrv-prog button the set just beeps and doesn't come up with the usual press the button you want to reprogram prompt...
We're trying to install an S8300B G700 but haven't received a CM2.1 CD. Our supplier has advised that the software is on the hard disk in the G700 and is no longer supplied on CD for CM2.1 (even though they have supplied a CD Rom drive). Is anyone aware of this and able to offer any...
Does anyone know if it's possible to have different wallpaper on my secondary display? I'm using a laptop with built in TFT and the secondary display is an external TFT.

Does anyone out there have experience of line side call recording on the Avaya S8300 Media Server platform with IP only handsets? We are looking to set this up (hopefully on our existing Nice Mira 2 call logger) eventually but are worried about how it will handle compression, encrytion etc...
If we go for trunk side recording how does this affect the way we search for calls - e.g. we rely heavily on being able to search for calls based on the receiving agents extension number - would this still be possible?
If so I guess that's not quite so bad if we can convert the Mirra.
(Yes...
Hi Biglebowski
Thanks for that. Unfortunately I don't have a solutions diagram. I wondered though if you (or anyone else) can clarify for me - as it appears that IPT handset side recording isn't going to be possible with the Mira do you know if it would be possible to do trunk side recording...

Just re-read my question original and its not very clear so to clarify:
We are looking to move our Nice Mirra call recorder from our current switch (an Avaya Definity with Digital handsets) to our new switch (an Avaya S8300/G700). At the moment we record line side (by double jumpering onto the...
