I have a customer who has locked themselves out of their own system by entering the incorrect password in UPCMC a number of times. They are connecting over the WAN (SIP trunks on a different network to their Internet).
I'm assuming "Password Lock Counter for Remote Programming" has been changed...
I have a bunch of SV8100s that I need to default for data protection purposes before they are sold or recycled. Defaulting the systems is easy enough but I can't work out how to quickly delete all data ie. every single recording from the VM8000 CF cards. Is there a way, other than logging into...
Did you tell nmap to scan every single port? I change the http/https ports well up into the 40000 range so a simple portscan would miss those.
Try
nmap 192.168.0.50 -p 0-65535
(obviously replacing the IP with the one your NS700 is using).
Also are you sure you are trying to scan/connect to...
Sorry, I'm only familiar with providers in the UK but I almost always use the IP. Might be worth chatting to your provider or reseller and asking the question.
I couldn't tell you about other markets but that firmware hasn't been released in the UK yet. It's due this year sometime, according to the official retirement road map.
>Panasonic will provide a firmware update in 2022 that will enable all capacity and functionality without the need to...
As above, you need to set your CPC detection timers to match your provider. If they can't supply you with this info, it's trial & error time.
1.Configuration > 1.Slot > Select your LCOT card, then Port Property.
For a UK BT setup, I set CPC Signal Detection Time (Outgoing & Incoming) to 704ms...
The VPNs would only need setting up from each remote site B, C, D & E to the main site A (ie. not needed between remote sites).
The Ubiquiti Edge Routers and USGs certainly support multiple site-to-site VPNs in this way ("Hub and spokes"). I don't know about the UDMs but I'd be surprised if...
It will work just the same as the alog trunks. Once you've set up your V-SIPGW and assigned your SIP account (Basic channel + 3 Additional channels) you should see them appear in CO Line Settings; note the CO Line Number for each. Go to Flexible Button programming for each extension you want the...
They have been rock solid and in all my time doing PBX, they are my absolute favourite systems. Really sad to see them go.
They have also been more than fair in offering to open up all licenced features free of charge from 2022 for all the current systems. I don't know of another manufacturer...
Check the mailbox for that PS isn't full. A single mailbox only stores 10 messages by default (you can set it up to 100) and the steps to delete old messages aren't very intuitive to all end users.
I don't think this is a USB driver issue as it still happens in off-line mode after a clean install. I've tried each compatibility mode.
That's the annoying part ;) Many people report no issues.
I usually just point the line to a phantom PS in night mode and set the forward on that PS (PS must have a class of service that allows Forward to CO).
I had a customer report today that when they pressed 9 to dial out the display on their phone showed "Line 6" as expected but there was no comfort dial tone. Attempting to dial the number anyway would fail. This sorted itself out, then happened a few more times during the day.
There are 6...
Hi
I still look after a few of these systems, using software installed on an ancient XP laptop which is on its last legs.
I'm trying to get the following software to work on my Windows 10 machine:
KXTEA308Console_v3001R1_1431622051.exe for KX-TEA308
KXTE824Console_v3001R1_1431622497.exe for...
Just an update, I had Gamma put their Cisco into bridge only mode and installed a Draytek to handle the NAT, VLAN'd the phones away from the data network and firewalled the connection. No probems whatsoever since doing that (17 days ago).
Thanks obtsystems and kizo for all the tips.
