NS700 no web maintence at IP

Hello, I'm trying to get into a NS700. The IP is on the side of the box, I can ping it and doing a NMAP scan shows that IMAP and SMTP are up but I don't see any web related protocols. I tried adding the 11000 port on the end and get the same results of 'connection reset'. Theres also another IP that gets listed with NMAP, but it says all ports tried are blocked. Any help would be greatly appreciated. All the phones work, I just don't get a login.

Are the phones IP? Could the ip be wrong on the side of the system

NMAP says it's a Panasonic, and disconnecting it from the network makes it so that it can no longer be pinged

No not me, the web port is also there on the side. How can I search for the correct web port if the one on the side is wrong?

Also they are all Digital phones

You can use the "Console" to check the IP address - Prog 191 to see if you are on the right address. Alternatively you can use a LAN to USB adapter to connect on IP address 223.0.0.1

Which one would you recommend? I don't know the standards for that cable or what the NS700 expects.

Okay, I took a normal USB to Female Ethernet adapter and hooked it to an Ethernet cable and that worked fine on an old unit at our shop. I'll test it at the unit hopefully tomorrow. I was under the impression this was some proprietary Panasonic cable, my bad.

Did you tell nmap to scan every single port? I change the http/https ports well up into the 40000 range so a simple portscan would miss those.

Try
nmap 192.168.0.50 -p 0-65535

(obviously replacing the IP with the one your NS700 is using).

Also are you sure you are trying to scan/connect to the processor IP and not the DSP? If your trunks are SIP then there will be a DSP card in there, even if your phones are all digi.

I tried that, I think there is something properly messed up with it. It's been there for 10 years they just want to replace it now with another system entirely.
