    EC500 issue -

    There were 3 users set up with EC500. If EC500 is off and user 1 calls from his cell to user 2 the same thing happens. The phone just rings and rings. I agree calling yourself seems odd but it should go to voicemail in either case and not keep ringing on their phone.

    I accidentally CL AMW ALL XXXX and now I cannot get the users VM light to come back on. Is there a way in the Definity or the Audix to force on the lamp. I tried LWC code and that didn't work. I also left the user a new message and that didn't work either.
