You will need to go to version 4.
Choice of transfer options
Up to 3 breakout numbers can be set up. When callers are directed to your mailbox they can either leave a message or choose to be transferred to one of three numbers.
BE aware of the night service message issues. You may need to do some tweaking to get a night message to play.

What IP Office are you running.
403 will not work
406 will not work
4o6 v2 will work over pcs8
You will need to use the 3.2 999 loader. Just check the 4.0 Release. Also you will need to upgrade your VM Embedded prompts too.

on the back of the 406v2 is a PCS number
if it is 8 or higher then no problem
if it is PCS 6 or lower no change
if it is PCS 7 then check how much memory it has !!!!!!!!!
some do have 16mb memory and some do have 64 mb memory
if PCS 7 then open monitor and look how much memory it has
it should like
