This is a 8xx number provided by Voip.Ms and I am sure it is related to the fact that in the last year they released 833 as the new 800 service number. My BCM works with all the standard 877, 866, 833, etc.
So we are talking "receive digits" on the target lines. "833" is a new Nxx for 800 service. The BCM does not recognize that new 8xx code. Anyone know where to go to fix that?
I got DIRECTOR RUNNING AND I THINK TALKING TO THE SG50. NEXT STEP IS TO ADD A PHONE.... BUT I NEED LISCENSES TO CONTINUE. I HEAR THAT THERE IS A COMPLETE PACKAGE LIKE AN SBE100... HAS THE COMPUTER, SERVER AND EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR 100 PHONES. I NEED TO FIND OE OF THESE.
Have been using BCM's for years. Just I check out Shoretel I bought a SG50 and a couple IP 230 phones just to check out. So anything else I need? I was reading about Shoretel Director. Do I need it to just try out the system? If so where do I get it?? Thanks!!!
