We had a similar situation for a night bell that I was able to add 10 or 15 people to but it was a pickup group. I didn't have to worry about ringing the stations because you could hear the actual bell throughout the facility.
This was in Dallas close to Gas Monkeys restaurant, and the "Night...
One of the things I like about H323 is being able to tell if the device is actually in service via CM and also some third party monitoring app's (I.E. Prognosis) both CM and Prognosis can tell if the phone is built but not if it's actually in service. I have a schedule in CM that sends me an...
We are using the citrix option with AAD to help with all the WFH agents that we have been blessed with managing.
I like it because they can reach citrix from their own machine via a web browser and we are actually looking towards this solution when all this is over because it means we don't have...
How is the server figuring in the GMT offset? (I'm just a casual observer to this interesting thread btw so I'm sure it's not this simple but who knows?)

They are trying a S4B pilot here at the site I reside at using some Polycom sets and the users don't seem to be too happy.
Any time they have to change their AD/network password the phones take several attempts to get them to log back in and it usually ends up requiring a visit from someone on...
My money is on a bad memory stick like Janaya mentioned. The CPDC's will run forever with a bad memory stick but as soon as you power down the card, it's game over.
Think about the number of kids today that have never had a home phone as well as the age that they get their own Iphone or Andriod etc. These are the leaders of tomorrow and there are already lots of them coming out of college and stepping into the workplace with no concept of a corded type of...
He was one of the main reasons I hardly ever had to ask a question on here, most everything I needed he had and shared freely.
Such a loss Rest In Peace Sir.
