58sniper, that is exactly the case. Only a few updates show on add/remove progs, and sp2 is not one of them. I may be stuck. Thanks for the replies so far. Anyone else have any input?

I need to remove service pack 2 from a server 2003 R2 Dell server. This is the first time I am setting up this server and I am installing some data processing software that is only compatible with SP1. Can someone give me some tips on what to do?
Sounds simple I know, but I want to make sure I...
I am working on a project that requires us to install a staionary projector at the front of my church for use during services. The PC that will be running it will be at the back of the auditorium with the audio equipment. Probably 30 to 40 feet from the mount. Add about 10-15 feet to come down...
I was able to duplicate the problem. After an afternoon of diagnostics, I just wiped the os and reinstalled.
Of course all is good now.
Since we use roaming profiles, I couldnt see wasting more time troubleshooting.
Thanks for the relpies, ceh and ace.

I have a client that can run her PC for weeks, without having a serious problem. She logs into my SBS 2003 server every morning and logs off every night.

I'll post an update as...
I recently migrated my network to SBS 2003. Now myself and another user are not able to connect to some sites using a certificate. This has only become an issue since the migration.
I am using IE 7 and the other user IE6.
Anybody have any ideas?

Thanks for the replies. Here is what I found:
1. Quite a while back, a printer was set up with the "rogue" IP address. Turns out the printer was removed from the network, but the profile info was still in the registry. After deleting the key, I haven't seen any requests for that IP.
2. An...
